Aboiz restaurant in Garai, Bizkaia
Aboiz is located in the centre of the small town of Garai, in the region of Duranguesado, Biscay (30 minutes away from Bilbao and the airport).
Our restaurant is born after the renovation works undertaken on the Arroitabeitu farmhouse. The rustic decoration -Basque country house's own style- is combined with modern design elements. This way large windows place the guests in front of the incomparable setting of the mountains and Durangues valleys. A unique place in a surprising natural setting.
Our restaurant has a stunning garden where you can set up tents and pergolas where you can eat, dine or celebrate all kinds of events. This natural environment, makes it the ideal place for holding company meetings, conventions, organising meals or dinner parties and of course the best of the weddings.
Our chef Dani Garcia and his kitchen team, creates a wide variety of dishes for all tastes, where traditional cuisine is fused with the most innovative trends, always working with quality products from the region.
Dani García, who has many years of experience and among his numerous awards and recognitions has his participation in 2018 in the final of the "Best Chef of the Year" contest. All of this has recently led him to participate in numerous television programs, events and gastronomic publications, so there is no doubt that Aboiz's kitchen has one of the best chefs in its kitchen today.
